Billing: Current Hourly Rates

Pursuant to our Representation Agreement for all matters that are billed on an hourly basis, all clients are bound by the following:

My attorneys shall bill me at their published hourly rate for time worked on this case and reserve the right to bill for the work of law clerks and/or legal assistants, consistent with the same published rates. I agree to be bound by the present hourly rates, published at www.MurfreesboroLawyer.com/HourlyRates and agree that the attorneys may increase or decrease said hourly rates by publishing the same. I agree that all staff may bill at their current published rate during this matter, regardless of the rate at the time I sign this document.

Austin Loomis (Law Clerk, J.D. Candidate): $200.00
