W. Scott Kimberly

Murfreesboro Lawyer Scott Kimberly entered practice with Joe Brandon after passing the Tennessee Bar Exam in Fall 2012. Working with an experienced trial attorney assures that Scott provides effective legal services to every client that he represents.

Scott received his Bachelor of Arts, cum laude, from Harding University in Searcy, Arkansas. Scott received his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Seattle University School of Law in Seattle, Washington. At Seattle University School of Law, Scott served as a regional administrator for the prestigious Moot Court Board, participated in the James E. Bond Honors Appellate Competition, and was named a finalist for the Cheney-Metzger Legal Writing Scholarship.

Scott and his wife, Allison, currently live in Murfreesboro, Tennessee. Allison works in the pharmaceutical industry in LaVergne, Tennessee. Scott also enjoys the company of his parents, two sisters, and one brother that all live in Rutherford County. Scott and Allison attend North Boulevard Church of Christ in Murfreesboro.
